To provide patients who have completed their cancer treatment with supportive advice and an overview of the supportive services that are available to them. Including nutrition, exercise, relaxation, local Charitable services, Macmillan; HOPE course' financial support
We offer a rolling programme focusing on fatigue, diet, psychological well being, coping strategies, seizure activity and the brain, communication difficulties and updates from the Brain Tumour Charity on both available support and research updates. This is an event that is ran on a bi-monthly basis We offer a rolling programme for anyone who has had treatment for a brain tumour and their loved one/partner/carer. We focus on elements identified by brain tumour patient's as being most important including fatigue, lack of emotional control and the fear of tumour recurrence. […]
This event will provide information on improving your health and wellbeing, during and/or after cancer treatment. Specialist advice from cancer dietitians, physiotherapists as well as access to benefits advice and psychological support. Community organisations will also be there to provide access to local support.
Come along for information designed to help your health and wellbeing following treatment, includes a panel of professionals who will be available to answer questions, and help loved ones look after you.
