A health and well being event to help patients recover from cancer treatment.
To provide patients who have completed their cancer treatment with supportive advice and an overview of the supportive services that are available to them. Including nutrition, exercise, relaxation, local Charitable services, Macmillan; HOPE course' financial support
This event will provide information on improving your health and wellbeing, during and/or after cancer treatment. Specialist advice from cancer dietitians, physiotherapists as well as access to benefits advice and psychological support. Community organisations will also be there to provide access to local support.
The Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust health and wellbeing events are for people who have recently completed their cancer treatment, or for those having ongoing (maintenance) treatment.
