They are only open to people who have received their cancer treatment at University Hospital Lewisham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. \nThe ‘Next Steps’ webinar is a self-management programme for people who have had\, or are living with cancer to help them get on with their lives. These web series’ will focus on the various effects of cancer and will include discussions on: goal setting\, fatigue management\, nutrition\, managing emotions and physical activity. The complete series will be held weekly for 6 weeks.
