SUMMARY:HOPE
DESCRIPTION:HOPE (Help Overcoming Problems Effectively)\, is a free 6 week course to support you to develop knowledge\, skills and confidence to self-manage after treatment. The course focuses on rediscovering your inner strengths and resilience to help you to cope emotionally\, psychologically and practically. \nThe 6 week course is run on the following dates and attendance is expected at all sessions: \n5th/12th/19th/26th of June \n3rd/10th of July \nWe also hold a workshop for family & friends\, “Time & Space”. This is a half day workshop\, covering the main themes of the 6 week course\, to support anyone affected by or supporting a loved one with cancer. To register you interest\, please contact the same email and contact number as the HOPE course. \n  \n
