DESCRIPTION:Health & Wellbeing Events are a chance for you to hear from the team at King’s to get valuable information about your diagnosis\, and for living well with and beyond cancer. \nThis session is for patients who have had or have all types of cancers\, and will provide information on: \n• Healthy eating\, including some common questions on nutrition and cancer. \n• Looking at ways to increase your activity levels safely and comfortably\, and the positive impact this can have on your health. \n• The common causes of cancer related fatigue\, cognitive changes and sleep problems and offer some top tips of how to help manage these issues and help improve wellbeing.
